    # Course Outline to Module

    ## Purpose
Turn a topic or body of knowledge into a structured curriculum on one fixed format, so every course is built around outcomes and a student always knows what each module delivers.

    ## When to Use This Skill
Use it to design or restructure a course, workshop, or training program.

    ## When Not to Use This Skill
Do not use it to write the full lesson content or scripts (it produces the structure). Do not use it without a topic and target student.

    ## Required Inputs
    - The topic.
    - The target student and their starting level.
    - The transformation the course promises.
    - The format (video, text, cohort) and rough length.

    ## Workflow
    1. If the source is a brain dump or transcript, extract the structure first.
    2. State the course promise and the assumed starting point.
    3. Sequence modules by what a student must learn first, each with its outcome.
    4. Break each module into lessons, each with one objective and key points.
    5. Add a capstone or action step that proves the transformation.

    ## Output Format
Return the curriculum: Course Promise and Starting Point, Modules (title, outcome, lessons), per-lesson objective and key points, and a Capstone or action step. Produce a doc on request; otherwise inline.

    ## Quality Standards
    - Sequenced by learning dependency, not by what is easiest to teach.
    - Every module and lesson states an outcome.
    - Each lesson holds one objective.
    - Uses contractions, no em dashes, no hype.

    ## Edge Cases
If the topic is huge, scope it to one clear transformation rather than covering everything. If the starting level is unknown, ask; a course pitched at the wrong level loses students.

    ## Safety and Limitations
Do not present the outline as guaranteeing results; it structures teaching, not outcomes.

    ## Test Prompts
    1. I know email marketing cold and want to turn it into a course for beginner ecommerce owners. Help me structure it into modules and lessons with clear outcomes.
    2. Here's a brain dump of everything I teach about freelance pricing. Turn it into a logical curriculum with a capstone, for intermediate freelancers.
    3. Structure a 4-week cohort course on AI for real estate agents. Assume they're not technical. Sequence the modules so each one builds on the last.
